Highlands was created to be different
Hi, I’m Dr. Gabby
I am a dedicated physical therapist with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Passionate about helping others move and feel their best, I specialize in pelvic health, empowering individuals to regain confidence and return to the activities they love.
With advanced training in pelvic floor dysfunction and dry needling, I take a personalized, compassionate approach to care, helping patients find relief from pain, improve function, and enhance their overall well-being. My goal is to create a supportive environment where every patient feels heard, understood, and empowered in their healing journey.
Outside the clinic, you’ll find me hiking the Appalachian Trail, baking sweet treats, and spending quality time with my husband, Zach.
Hi, I’m Dr. Emily
Hi, I’m Dr. Emily!
I am an Occupational Therapist, and I specialize in pelvic floor therapy! I have a doctorate in Occupational Therapy from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and practiced in the acute care setting for several years before transitioning to pelvic floor therapy which is my passion.
I love pelvic floor therapy because it provides women with the opportunity to have pain free sex, supportive birth and postpartum through a variety of treatments and exercises, and it empowers women through education about their bodies throughout their lifespan. My goal is to serve women by providing a safe and supportive environment that allows for client centered care.
Outside of the clinic I enjoy spending time with my husband, Hunter, and 2 year old son, Henry. I love farmers markets, flowers, gardening, and house projects.
Hi I’m Madelynn
I’m the administrative assistant for Highlands Pelvic Health, where I help with scheduling initial appointments, managing social media, and keeping Dr. Gabby and Dr. Emily’s schedules running smoothly. I love being part of the team and helping make sure every patient has a positive and welcoming experience from the very first interaction.
I graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and later earned my master’s degree from the University of Tennessee at Martin.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and friends, trying new recipes in the kitchen, and hosting girls’ nights filled with crafts and creativity.
Discover the root of your symptoms
At our clinic, we do things differently. We don’t just treat symptoms—we dig deeper to find the true cause of your pain or dysfunction. If you’ve tried physical therapy before and didn’t get the results you hoped for, it’s time for a fresh approach.
We take a whole-body perspective, looking beyond the area of pain to uncover underlying imbalances, movement dysfunctions, and overlooked factors that may be keeping you from fully recovering. Whether it’s chronic pain, recurring injuries, or unresolved issues, we’re here to connect the dots and create a plan that actually works for you.
Results that last
With expert assessment, personalized treatment, and a commitment to your long-term well-being, we’ll help you move better, feel stronger, and finally get the relief you’ve been searching for!
Designed to serve
At Highlands, our mission is to ensure that everyone has access to high-quality care, regardless of their financial situation. I believe the Lord has blessed me with the ability to help others live a healthier, more vibrant life, and I want to extend that gift to those who need it most.
If you or your family are unable to pay for therapy services, please reach out to learn more about our sliding scale options. Our goal is to make care accessible, so financial hardship is never a barrier to healing.
For those looking to give back, we have a donation fund dedicated to expanding the reach of our sliding scale program. Your generosity directly helps more patients receive the care they need. If you’d like to contribute and bless others in our community, send us an email to learn how you can donate.
These funds are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis to those in need.
Together, we can make healing and wellness accessible to all!
